Otmar Donald is the Founder and Executive Director of On The Air Sickled and enjoys sharing his story and pioneering the 'OTAS' movement and podcast.
Chardonee Donald
President-Board Member
Chardonée Donald is a Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist. She is currently completing her Ph.D. program in Integrative and Functional Nutrition at Saybrook University. Chardonée has a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science with a Minor in Nutrition and a Master of Science in Human Nutrition. Her organizational talents and skills help her to stay on top of multiple assignments and tasks that come her way. As a Warrior Spouse, she has dedicated her studies to ensuring that her husband maintains a life of longevity and quality. Her experience and wealth of knowledge in Nutrition helps her create healthy options to a population of individuals with health challenges. She married Otmar in 2021 and has been by his side taking on the fight of SCD and encouraging him along the way.
Jena Olsen
Consultant
Jena Fiore Olsen has her MS in Clinical Exercise Physiology, and is an ACSM clinical exercise physiologist with over 20 years of experience in the Health and Wellness World. As a clinical exercise physiologist she has worked with many individuals with chronic disease and understands the intricacies of programmining for populations with co-mobidities. Her passion lies in helping people live their best life and meeting them where they are. She is excited to share her expertise in the fitness and wellness realm with those living with Sickle Cell Disease as it pertains to benefits and special considerations of physical fitness, overall wellness, and the physiology behind it all.
Juanita Jones
Secretary- Board Member
Juanita Jones is a Sickle Cell Warrior Mom and former Human Resources Director with years of experience currently working as an HR Corporate Recruiter. She knows first hand the struggles of the Warrior and how it has affected her own child. She can be trusted to answer your questions and concerns regarding Sickle Cell related employment, FMLA, and much more. Ladies and Gentlemen, Juanita Jones.

Jaelynn Synder
Guest Acquisition Manager
Jaelynn is a passionate, caring, professional personality assisting on our Producer Team. In support of our continued growth effort, Jaelynn doesn't mind making connections with the SCD Community to get their stories either LIVE or Recorded on the air. In this producer-like role, she will partner to help us grow our social media audience and continue to filter guests through our "Share My Story" Link to get their experiences- good, bad, and ugly- on the air.

Jaelynn is a self-motivated individual with ample experience in marketing as an entrepreneur. During her undergrad tenure, as a Student Communication Assistant, she managed her own photography page via Instagram in a way to promote not only her business, but also help advertise her school university. This position also allowed her the opportunity to connect with others around the world through social media, including replying to comments, interacting through live streams, and answering any questions or concerns that may arise.

Marcus is a dedicated professional with a direct connection too the Sickle Cell Community. Through his own family experiences, Marcus has seen first hand what Warriors experience on a daily basis. It is because of this that he has a passion to bring the stories shared on our podcast to life from behind the scenes to the main screen.
Kian Alston
Chaplain
Kian is the founder and ministerial leader of Kavod Ministries. In his role, he is available for prayer and encouragement of members exclusive to the On The Air Sickled Facebook Group Page. He also posts encouraging devotionals to motivate us in our continued fight. Should you need to contact him directly for prayer, Kian has given permission to post his number for you to contact him.
